Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. If you were invited by a trainer or friend, your trial extends to 28 days.
Do I need gym equipment to use MyFitControl?
No. You can log bodyweight workouts, cardio sessions, and home training just as easily as gym workouts. The exercise library covers all types.
Is there an AI Assistant?
Yes. Lexie, our built-in AI assistant, helps you build personalized workouts, answers fitness questions, and analyses your sessions.
Is it available on Android?
Currently MyFitControl is available on iOS. Android is on our roadmap.
Can personal trainers use it?
Yes. Trainers have a dedicated mode to manage students, assign workouts, track progress, and message clients directly inside the app.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $6.99/month for athletes. Trainer plans start at $9/month depending on the number of students. See our Pricing page for full details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. No cancellation fees.
Is my data private?
Yes. We do not sell or share your personal data. Everything is encrypted and stored securely. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email support@myfitcontrol.com and we'll process it within 48 hours.
