Getting Started


How do I create an account?

Download the app, tap Sign Up, choose Athlete or Trainer, enter your name and email, and set a password. Select Start Free Trial or enter an invite code if you have one.


How do I start my free trial?

Your trial starts automatically when you create an account. No credit card is needed. You have full access to all features for 14 days (28 days with an invite code).


How do I log in with Face ID?

Log in with your password once. After login, the app will offer to enable Face ID. Tap Enable and use Face ID on all future logins.

Workouts


How do I create a workout?

Go to Workouts → tap the + button → give your workout a name → tap Add Exercise to build your routine.


How do I use the AI workout builder?

Go to Workouts → tap Build with Lexie → answer a few questions about your goals, available equipment, and experience level. Lexie will generate a personalized workout for you.


How do I start a session?

Open any workout and tap Start Session. Log your sets, reps, and weight as you go. Tap Finish when done.


How do I log sets with L/R tracking?

For bilateral exercises (e.g. dumbbell curls), enable L/R tracking on the exercise. The app will count sets for your left side first, then prompt you for your right side.


Can I log cardio sessions?

Yes. From the Session screen, tap Add Cardio to log time, distance, and calories for any cardio activity.

Progress & Tracking


How do I log body measurements?

Go to Progress → Body → tap + to add a new measurement entry. You can log weight, body fat, and individual body part measurements.


How do I see my strength progress?

Go to Progress → Strength. Select any exercise to see a chart of your max weight and volume over time.


How do I read my weekly charts?

Go to Progress → Overview. The bar chart shows your weekly session count and total volume. Tap any bar to see details for that week.

Account & Settings


How do I change my units (kg/lbs)?

Go to More → Settings → Units and toggle between kg and lbs. All existing data is converted automatically.


How do I change the app language?

Go to More → Settings → Language and select your preferred language. The app supports English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, and German.

How do I change the app theme or accent colour?

Go to More → Settings → Appearance to toggle dark mode and choose your accent color.


How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot your password? Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.


How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to More → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.


How do I delete my account?

Go to More → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days.

Trainers & Students


How do I invite a student?

Go to More → Trainer → tap Invite Student → enter their email address. They will receive an invitation inside the app.


How do I assign a workout to a student?

Open a student's profile in the Trainer section → tap Assign Workout → select one of your workouts. It will appear in the student's Workouts tab with a trainer badge.


How do I message a student?

Go to More → Trainer → tap on a student → tap the message icon to open a private chat.


How do I accept a trainer invitation?

Go to More → Settings. If you have a pending invitation, you will see a notification. Tap it to accept or decline.

Troubleshooting


The app is not syncing my data.

Make sure you have an internet connection. Pull down on the main screen to force a refresh. If the issue persists, log out and back in.


I can't log in.

Check your email and password. Use Forgot your password? to reset it. If your account was created with an invite code and is still in trial, make sure the trial has not expired.


My progress charts are empty.

Charts require at least 2 completed sessions to display trends. Make sure your sessions are marked as finished (not just started).


A workout assigned by my trainer has locked exercises.

This is by design. Your trainer has locked the exercise list to keep your program consistent. You can still log all your sets normally.
