    MyFitControl includes AI-powered features, including the AI assistant "Lexie," that automatically generate workout plans, suggestions, and responses. AI features are provided "as is," may be inaccurate or incomplete, and do not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated content before relying on it (see the Health Disclaimer).
